Purity Coaching to help you become a pure man... a True Knight

Combat Training is personal one-on-one purity coaching to help you break-free of impurity and stay pure. This is all done in an informal and completely confidential manner. Your coach, Kenneth Henderson, will be your friend, your accountability partner and always, your brother in Christ. Your coach will be someone who will share personal successes and suggest strategies to overcome your own struggles. Combat Training is 100% Biblical and Combat coaching draws upon the Truths of the Catholic Faith to utilize the great treasure of graces that God has given all of us to live a life free from the clutches of the enemy's hold on our lives through lust. True freedom is the goal of Combat Training and true freedom can only be found in Jesus Christ and His Church.

In True Knights Combat Training we will cover the True Knights 7 Keys to Freedom and Purity which in brief are:

Abandoning yourself and your will to God and His Will.
Repenting and Amending your life with the help of God's grace.
Fortifying your life daily with prayer and devotion.
Living a Sacramental Life.
Consecrating your life to Jesus Christ and His Mother.
Discovering the benefit and power of Fasting and Mortification.
And practicing Spiritual Exercises to replace vices with virtues.

No matter what your problem may be with your struggle with impurity, your coach understands and will not judge you. He has been there, he knows and when joined with the Grace of Almighty God, nothing is beyond the help of Jesus Christ and His mercy.

About True Knights

True Knights was founded in 2004, after it's founder, Kenneth Henderson experienced a profound and life-changing conversion.

After being lead to the Catholic Church by reading Scripture and the writing of the Early Church Fathers, he felt called to help other men realize the great danger that they and their families are in. We live in a culture unlike any other in the past with an explosion in divorce, abortions, adultry, pre-marital sex, pornography and the subsequent destructions of familes and lives. Why? Why are we experincing such a crumbling of the family and moral values? Pope Paul IV predicted it would happen in the 1960s, and it did.

However, dispite these unpresidented times, there is hope. There is always hope. Jesus Christ came and suffered on the Cross and was resurrected to show us that no matter how bleak the situation may be, there is always hope. No sin is too horrible to not be forgiven by God. The only thing that can prevent us from experiencing the grace filled lives that God has prepared for us...is us!

What is True Knights? Basically, True Knights serves to help men who wish to regain their strength as the True leaders of their homes, to live lives dedicated to God and their families. It's founder, Kenneth Henderson is also available to speak at conferences, parishes and other events to help bring about a greater awareness of the issues that our families face everyday and how we can draw upon the Grace of God to help us in this immortal combat.
